On November 30, 2015, the office of Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs issued the reply of Hunan Provincial Department of Civil Affairs on Approving the adjustment plan of township division in Longshan County (xmxf [2015] No. 117), and approved Sanyuan Township and Shiyang town to form a system and establish Shiyang street. The newly established Shiyang Street governs 26 established villages and 1 community neighborhood committee, with a total area of 88 square kilometers and a total population of 43400 The office is located in Shilang mountain (formerly the people's Government of Shilang town);
