Dujiaping Township
Dujiaping township is located in the southeast of Yuanling County, 156.14 square kilometers. It is 93 kilometers away from Yuanling County, bordering Taoyuan County in the East, Anhua County in the south, Guanzhuang town in the north, nanmupu Township and qimeijie forest farm in the West. It is one of the most remote forest towns in Yuanling County, and it is also a window for communication between the southeast of Yuanling County and other towns.

In 1996, it covers an area of 160.9 square kilometers and has a population of 7000. The township government is located in dujiaping, which governs 12 administrative villages including Liulin, Muwang, dishuiping, Yanwan, dujiaping, Dajinping, houya, Shiziping, Songxi, Yixi, wanghou and yujiadong. By the end of 2004, it had jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages, including shejiadong, wanghou, Yixi, Songxi, Shiziping, houya, Dajinping, dujiaping, Yanwan, dishuiping, Muwang and Liulin. From late October to late November 2005: Muwang village and dishuiping village merged into Muwang village, Shiziping village and houya village merged into Shiziping village, and shejiadong village, Yixi village and wanghou village merged into Yixi village.

The landform is inclined from west to East in a narrow strip, about 70 km long from east to west and 40 km wide from north to south. Regionalization adjustment
In April 2005, Yuanling County was withdrawn from its districts and merged into townships. Dujiaping Township, one of the six townships not affected by the adjustment of administrative divisions in Yuanling County, was retained due to its rich forestry resources. Dujiaping Township originally governed 12 administrative villages. From late October 2005 to late November 2005, administrative villages were merged according to the requirements of the higher authorities. On the basis of respecting public opinion and history, dujiaping township was approved by the 12th people's Congress of Yuanling County The seventh meeting of the National People's Congress discussed and studied, and passed the decision on the division adjustment of 12 administrative villages, including dishuiping. Climate and hydrology
The climate of the township is mild and humid throughout the year, with no severe heat in summer and no severe cold in winter. It has sufficient sunshine and abundant rainfall. It is a subtropical monsoon humid climate zone with four distinct seasons. The average annual temperature is 15.6 ℃ and the average annual rainfall is 1500.9 mm. More than 95% of the rivers in the territory originate from the mountains in the southeast and flow northward. There are six main rivers running through the township from southeast to northwest. The township has good vegetation, abundant rainfall and rich water resources, and the river bed drop is large, which is quite beneficial to the development of water resources and rich in water energy. There is a difference of 250 meters in the flow from Liulin village to Guanzhuang town. A small reservoir has been built in Huanglongtan section for power generation, irrigation and tourism.
Forestry resources

It is famous for its rich forestry resources, and it has been preserved in the adjustment of township administrative division in Yuanling County because of its rich forestry resources. There are more than 100 kinds of wild precious medicinal materials and rare animals and plants, including 12 kinds of rare animals, 50 kinds of plants and 10 kinds of rare trees, which are called "natural animal and plant garden". There is an ancient ginkgo tree in Muwang village, which is 1800 years old, ranking the first in the province.
