In April 1954, Yuyao was divided into 12 districts, with the mountain as the main district. In 1956, the township was replaced by Linshan township. In 1958, the five-star people's commune was established. In 1961, the district system was restored and the district was set up again near the mountain. Facing the mountain and the Hangzhou Bay to the north, Shanghai suffered from many diseases in history. Many seawalls have been built by the government and the people since the Tang Dynasty to ensure a peaceful and prosperous life. As early as the Jin Dynasty, the coastal defense front was in Linshan area. In the third year of Long'an (399) of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, sun en uprised, conquered Yushang and stationed troops in Zhaishan (now the old village of Lincheng Village), while the officers and soldiers of the imperial court who pursued the rebel army were stationed in Dazhai and Xiaozhai (now in Rudong). Therefore, Lincheng and Rudong were ancient battlefields. in history, there are many cliff carvings such as the Buddha statue of Jiulong Mountain, most of which were destroyed when the mountain opened in the 1970s. At present, there are only five big characters "the first spring of Mount Lin" carved on the cliff beside Yulu well at the northern foot of Guishan mountain, which was written by Chen Zi, a famous person near Mount Lin in the Qing Dynasty. There are seven stone archways in Linshan, one of which is Jinshi archway built in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, and six are chastity archways of Qing Dynasty. There are four stone tablets, which were set up by Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty to praise the four generals headed by Hu Mingxiu, a general of the garrison in Linshan. The inscription on the stone tablet is "comparable to Gan Tang". Yi'an Temple integrates architecture, sculpture art, religion and folk culture. It has always been a resort for people to visit, watch and pray. The famous temples in Linshan include Buddhist culture represented by Futian temple, Taoist culture represented by Sanguan hall and Mazu culture represented by Tianhou palace. According to "Dongshan annals", "Qi Shen Temple (Qi Jiguang once served as a member of Lin Shan Wei) was in Town God's Temple for thirty-seven years, and Qi Jiguang was converted to the temple. It was originally called "the ancestral hall of Qi Shen generals". According to Weng Dali, governor of Zhejiang Province in Ming Dynasty, the article "the ancestral hall of Qi Gong in Nantang before Ningshao joined the army", it was built by duxianzhoujun, yangshengchenji and Maofu when Qi Jiguang was transferred from Linshan and the new generals of Tai, Jin and Yan (about 1560). Therefore, it is also called "qusi ancestral hall" to miss the tribute made by Qi Jiguang in linshanwei Offer. Sacrificial ceremonies are held twice a year in spring and autumn to express the feelings of the people in Linshan for the outgoing officials. Ruan's ancestral hall was built in 1930.
