Nanjinxiang
Nanjin Township, located in Anhua County, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, is a national ecological township. The total area is 194.9 square kilometers (2017).
There is a Nanyue temple, 280 meters above sea level, where incense has been very popular. There is a jinjikeng brook in front of the temple, so it is named after each word. The township is located in the southwest Bank of Zhexi reservoir area, belonging to the immigrant area. In 1995, Nanjin and Jiangjun Township were merged into Nanjin township.
At the end of 2015, Nanjin Village (Longyan, Shuiyan, Nanjin), Baotai village, Lianwan village, Bixi Village (Xiaobi, Fupo, Jiangtian), Tiankou horticultural farm, Baotashan Village (Baotashan, Hongshi, chengshuang), Youfu village, Sanlong village, Hexing Village (Heping, Poxi), Jiangjun Village (Jiangjun, Zhaijin), Qibai village, Xiejia village, Huamu Village (yuancaihua There are 14 administrative villages (farms) and 139 villager groups in jiulongchi Village (original medicine farm, Shiziping and Shexi). In 2016, Sanlong village and Youfu village in Nanjin Township were merged into Sanlong village, Lianwan village and tiankouchang village were merged into Piwan village, Jiangjun village and Qibai village were merged into Jiangjun village, and Jiejia village and Huamu village were merged into Jiejia village. The remaining villages remain unchanged, and now 10 villages are reserved.

Evolution of organizational system
In June 1956, Nanjin township was divided into four small townships: Jiangjun, Jinping, pitai and Jiejia. In October 1958, Nanjin and Gulou townships were established as Nanjin commune. In 1961, Nanjin commune was divided into three communes: Nanjin commune, Gulou commune and Jiangjun commune. In February 1968, the Revolutionary Committee of Nanjin commune was established. In December 1980, the Revolutionary Committee of Nanjin commune was changed into the management committee. In February 1984, Nanjin commune was changed into Nanjin township. In 1995, Nanjin and Jiangjun Township were merged into Nanjin township.

The overall terrain of Nanjin township is high in the East and low in the West. It is close to Daxiongshan in Xinhua in the East and Zhexi reservoir area in the West. Citrus
It is one of the leading industries in the township, mainly distributed in 6 villages, including Baotashan village, Tiankou horticultural farm, Bixi village, Lianwan village, Baotai village and Nanjin village, with a total area of more than 6500 mu. The main varieties are Weizhang, Gongchuan and Nanfeng. The citrus "Gongchuan" produced in Baotashan has delicate taste, juicy taste and 13% sugar content. In 1985, it won the "golden cup award" of the Ministry of agriculture for high quality fruit and was once selected as the special Citrus for the Beijing Asian Games and the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. Nanjin orange is very famous in the local market. It is sold well in the Northeast market all the year round and exported to Russia and Canada.
Tea
Planting in the township has a long history, the existing tea garden more than 5800 mu, mainly distributed in Sanlong, Nanjin, Jiangjun, jiulongchi and other villages. Lu Yu's "the book of tea" says that tea "on the ground, rotten rocks grow on the top, oak soil grows on the middle, and loess grows on the bottom.". Nanjinxiang is a moraine rock mountain, which was formed 600-700 million years ago. The moraine rock itself is rich in selenium, zinc and other trace elements needed by human body. After hundreds of millions of years of weathering, the tea leaves "grow spontaneously on the cliffs and rivers" in Nanjin. Daoran, a Xiangmei, zhengyuan'an and other companies set up tea garden bases in the township. There are four tea processing plants in the township, with an annual output of about 3000 teas. The quality of tea is excellent, and more than 130 testing indexes have reached the national and international standards. Baiyanshan tea in jiulongchi village is the designated drinking product of Chinese astronauts.
Traditional Chinese Medicine
The cultivated varieties include Magnolia officinalis, Eucommia ulmoides, Phellodendron amurense, acanthopanax senticosus, Adenophora, polygonatum odoratum, lily, etc., with an annual output value of 8 million yuan in 2015. Magnolia officinalis covers an area of 1400 hectares, including 566.6 hectares in jiulongchi village with an annual output of 200 tons and an output value of 2 million; 133.3 hectares in Eucommia ulmoides, 33.3 hectares in Phellodendron amurense, 66.6 hectares in Acanthopanax senticosus, 133.3 hectares in Shashen, 43.3 hectares in Yuzhu and 13.3 hectares in Lilium.
Wild vegetable

Aquaculture
Due to the pollution of water and air, the destruction of forest vegetation and the violation of the ecological protection policy of the township, large-scale pig farms and cage fish farming in the reservoir area have basically withdrawn.
Industry
Zhupocao mine in Qibai village and shuizhuping mine in Nanjin village were mined in 1984, and quartz mine in jiulongchi village was mined in 1996. Due to serious pollution, all of them were shut down in 2010. In 2015, the local government won the environmental protection funds and implemented the heavy metal treatment project in the tailing of 700 villages.
