Mantouying Township, belonging to Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the north and west of Zhangbei County. It is adjacent to haojiaying Township in the East, Zhangbei town in the southeast, tailugou Township in the southwest, Hailiutu Township in the west, Gonghui town in the northwest and erquanjing Township in the Northeast. It is 13 kilometers away from the people's Government of Zhangbei County, with a total area of 195.4 square kilometers.

In 1948, mantouying Township belonged to seven districts of Zhangbei County; in 1984, it was changed from mantouying commune to mantouying township.
