Mantouying Township, belonging to Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the north and west of Zhangbei County. It is adjacent to haojiaying Township in the East, Zhangbei town in the southeast, tailugou Township in the southwest, Hailiutu Township in the west, Gonghui town in the northwest and erquanjing Township in the Northeast. It is 13 kilometers away from the people's Government of Zhangbei County, with a total area of 195.4 square kilometers.
In 1948, mantouying Township belonged to seven districts of Zhangbei County; in 1984, it was changed from mantouying commune to mantouying township. Registered residence population of steamed buns township was 15787 at the end of 2018. As of June 2020, mantouying township has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed at No. 1 Xiangyang Road, mantouying village.

History of construction
In 1948, mantouying Township belonged to seven districts of Zhangbei County.
In 1958, it belonged to the Red Star commune.
In 1961, red star commune set up mantouying commune.
In 1984, it was changed from mantouying commune to mantouying township.
