Industrial Development
Zhanqiao town is a big forestry town with rich mountain forest resources. However, due to the prosperity of labor export in recent years, the old and weak women and children with low labor ability stay at home, and the rich forest resources have not been fully utilized. In the third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, the party's No. 1 central document submitted that, in accordance with the principle of voluntary compensation, the farmers could be allowed to transfer the right to contracted management of land in the form of subcontracting, leasing, exchanging, transferring and cooperation, and develop various forms of moderate scale operation. In accordance with the requirements of improving management and strengthening services, we should standardize the circulation of land contractual management rights. It is a major task that our town should face to actively carry out the spirit of the the third Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee and No. 1 central document of the CPC, and actively guide the land circulation, realize the steady development of agriculture, increase the income of farmers continuously, and promote the sound and rapid development of rural economy and society. Yuwan village of Zhanqiao town is located in the northeast of Zhanqiao Town, bordering Beigang town and Daping township of Tongcheng county. It is a big village in forest area and border. The village has 1543 mu of arable land, including 1243 mu of paddy field, 300 mu of dry land, and 17200 mu of mountain forest. In recent years, Dai Yanbing, a villager of the village, has made some achievements in afforestation. Dai Yanbing, male, born in 1976. In 2000, Dai Yanbing, who earned more than 100000 yuan as a foreign worker, went home to get married and have children. Since then, I have been doing business at home and planting trees with all my savings. since 2000, Dai Yanbing has been engaged in afforestation, planting more than 100 mu. Dai Yanbing spent all his savings on afforestation, but the effect of afforestation is slow, so far there is no income. Even so, every time he saw the green scenes on the hillside, he was very happy. Therefore, this persistence lasted for ten years. In 2010, Dai Xiongwen, who is doing business abroad, went home for the Chinese New Year. When he saw the vigorous woods on Dai Yanbing's slope, he immediately became envious. Dai Xiongwen, who knew the national policy, attached great importance to the prospect of afforestation, so he transferred 300 mu of contracted land at home to engage in afforestation. Dai Yanbing was in charge of all the 300 mu afforestation tasks. Dai Xiongwen's capital and Dai Yanbing's technical experience have been perfectly combined. In just one year, the 300 mu barren mountain is full of small fir seedlings. By the end of 2012, the afforestation in Yuwan village of Zhanqiao town has been well done, and the village plans to afforest all barren mountains at one time. However, due to the lack of funds, it is unrealistic for the village to complete all the afforestation tasks at one time, so the village thought of contracting afforestation by one or two large households, and Dai Liang, who runs a factory outside the village, is the first choice among the qualified people. Taking advantage of Dai Liang's time to go home for the new year, the village organized village cadres and village Afforestation Expert Dai Yanbing to form a "business team" to introduce Dai Liang's ideas to the village. Unexpectedly, both sides hit it off. The task of afforestation was naturally "taken over" by Dai Yanbing. After the village cadres
