Jiangjiatun Township
Jiangjiatun Township, belonging to Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the west central part of Xuanhua District, adjacent to Yanghe town in the East, Ta'er village in the south, Huai'an County in the west, Wanquan County in the northwest and Xuanhua District in the north, with a total area of 111.1 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to six districts of Xuanhua County; in 1984, it was changed from jiangjiatun commune to jiangjiatun township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Jiangjia township was 28422. As of June 2020, jiangjiatun township has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in jiangjiatun village.
In 2018, there were 17 industrial enterprises in jiangjiatun Township, including one above scale and 34 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1949, it belonged to six districts of Xuanhua county.
In 1953, jiangjiatun township was established.
In 1958, it belonged to Ta'er village commune.
In 1961, from Ta'er village commune, jiangjiatun commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed from jiangjiatun commune to jiangjiatun township.
In 1996, Jiabao township was merged into jiangjiatun township.
In 2016, Xuanhua county was included in Xuanhua district.
