Yuhuating Street

Yuhuating street, belonging to Yuhua District, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is located in the hinterland of Yuhua District. It is named after the famous yuhuating street. Starting from south 2nd Ring Road and Laodong road in the north, Shaoshan South Road in the west, Xiangzhang road in the south, and Wanjiali road in the East, it is a combination of urban and rural areas and a key area for urban construction and transformation.

The street now governs 13 communities, covering an area of 8 square kilometers, with a total population of 170243 (in 2010). The maximum distance between the East and the west is 4.05 km, and the maximum distance between the north and the south is 3.18 km.

From 2007 to 2009, the street won the honor of "top ten streets in Changsha City" for three consecutive years.

Evolution of organizational system

Yuhuating street, formerly known as yuhuating Township, belonged to yuhuating Township in 1950, changed to yuhuating Township in 1956, established Dongfeng commune in 1958, changed to yuhuating commune in 1962, changed to Shaoshan Road commune in 1968, and restored to yuhuating Township in 1983. In 1996, the three villages of Shiren, Xinkai and Yuchang (now xinkaipu Street) were divided into Tianxin District. In December 1996, the division of Yuhua District was fine tuned, and Jingwanzi street and yuhuating Township were jointly established as townships. In July 1997, yuhuating township was changed into a street. In 2012, Jingwanzi street was opened, with Xiangzhang road as the main boundary. Yuhuating street and Jingwanzi street, which are jointly operated, were split into yuhuating street, which governs three community preparatory committees: Shima, nature, Jingtang (part), eight communities: Zhengyuan, Yuxin Road, natural ridge, Luqiao, Yatang Village, Huayun, Xinxing, Jingtang, and two communities: zhangshuwu and beichongwei The administrative area of villager group is 8 square kilometers with a population of 58000.

Natural community

Founded in 2008, it is located in the south of Laodong East Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, adjacent to natural ridge community, xuetangpo community and Yatang village community, covering an area of more than 1200 mu, with 13 villager groups, 970 households, 2380 permanent residents and 6195 floating population. In 2011, the Preparatory Committee for natural communities has made great progress in its work.

Natural ridge community

It crosses Laodong road in the East, borders Guitang street, interweaves with natural village in the west, South and Shima village in the north, covering an area of about 0.56 square kilometers. It has ziweiyuan community, shushuoling Commodity Inspection Bureau dormitory, natural community, municipal Hydrological Survey Bureau, Changsha Daji gate and window company and Daji community, Changsha wireless power plant dormitory, Tiankai Dongyuan and Changsha automobile factory dormitory Longjiwan, Yuhua teachers village, 37 middle school and other units. In addition to the three districts under construction, there are 76 residential buildings, 2296 households, 6956 people and 30 resident groups.

Yatang village community

Located in the south of the second East Ring Road in Yuhua District of Changsha City, covering an area of 0.2 square kilometers, it is a pure residential community. The registered residence population is 6000, and more than 11000 people live in the community. There are 8 community workers and 146 party members directly in charge of the community, mainly retired party members. Under the jurisdiction of 5 units, two property communities, 91 residential buildings.

Zhengyuan community

It is located at 330 shushuoling Road, with a total area of 290000 square meters, belonging to the unit type community. The unit is about to go bankrupt within this year, which is the most complex and poor community under yuhuating sub district office. The units under the jurisdiction include Zhengyuan company (which has entered the stage of bankruptcy termination), Zhengyuan hospital and Bozhi Kindergarten under Zhengyuan company. Yuxin Road community

Located along Shaoshan South Road and south 2nd Ring Road in Changsha, Zhutang middle road runs through it, starting from No. 395 south 2nd Ring Road in the East (former Xiangmin pharmaceutical factory in Hunan Province), South to Shaoshan South Road branch of China Construction Bank in Changsha, north to Shaoshan South Road and west to Shima Village. New Star Community

Founded on February 23, 2006, it is adjacent to Mars Avenue in the East, Xiangzhang road in the south, Jinggui road in the West and Laodong road in the north, covering an area of nearly 400 mu and 0.26 square kilometers. It is developed and constructed by Changsha affordable housing development Co., Ltd. and managed and served by Changsha haoguanguan property company, which is under the jurisdiction of yuhuating sub district office. The community is divided into 9 parks, with 3841 households and about 13000 people. There are 35 residential buildings in the north and South hospitals, 16 residential buildings in the East Hospital, 3 in the hospital, and nearly 1800 households in the registered residence. There are more than 5000 permanent residents and nearly 1000 floating population. Most of the residents in Luqiao community are employees of Luqiao company. Due to the nature of the unit, the elderly, women and children are the main permanent residents in the hospital.

Qutang community

Founded in May 1998, located at 388 shushuling Road, Yuhua District, Changsha City, it is a unit type comprehensive community. The community covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers. In May 2009, it merged with the original xuetangpo community and became Jingtang community. In September 2012, yuhuating Street adjusted the division of the community and changed the name of Jingtang community to Qutang community. there are 8 staff members in the community service center, with a total number of 1206 households, about 2273 people, and 228 floating population. The units in the community include: municipal units: Changsha City Management Building, Changsha Blower Factory Co., Ltd. Huayun community

Located at No.35 Yatang Road, yuhuating street, Yuhua District, Changsha City, it is adjacent to Shima community and natural community, with an area of 0.05 square kilometers. There is one residential area, 15 residential buildings, 519 households, more than 1200 permanent residents and 500 floating population. There are three units under the jurisdiction, including one state-owned enterprise (bankrupt), one kindergarten and one large catering hotel.

Jingtang community

It is located in the northwest corner of the intersection of Xiangzhang road and Wanjiali road. Qutang road in the north, Lianhu village in the south, Guitang River in the East and Dongjing road in the West. The total area is about 2 square kilometers. There are 15 villager groups, with a resident population of 3756 at the end of 2012 (including 371 people who have been transferred by order 103).

Matangqiao community

Guitang River in the East, Hunan Women's prison in the West (except the jurisdiction of Jingtang community Preparatory Committee), mulianchong road in the South and Xiangzhang road in the north, with an area of 0.5 square kilometers and a population of 10000. There are Hunan detention center, Hunan armed police detachment and Xianghe apartment, wanshudandi, xiangzhangxindu, Minmetals wanjingshuian and other residential areas.

Xiangnan County Community

Guitang road in the East, Changsha civil affairs vocational and technical college in the West (except the jurisdiction of Jingtang community Preparatory Committee), Xiangzhang road in the South and Qutang road in the north, with an area of 0.4 square kilometers and a population of 12000. There are Hunan Metallurgical Materials Research Institute, Hunan Nonferrous Metallurgy Labor Protection Research Institute and other units, and Yingjun Nianhua, xiangzhanglanting, Rongke dongnanhai and other residential areas.
