Mingguandian Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Anguo City, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Anguo City, with Xicheng town in the East, Madian town of Anping County in the southeast, Wurenqiao town in the south, dawaunv town and Zhengzhang town in the west, and Qizhou road street in the North. The maximum distance from east to west is 19.8 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 4.2 km, with a total area of 47 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total population of Ming Guan Dian registered residence was 36182.
In 1961, Guandian commune was established. In 1985, it was changed to mingguandian township. In 1995, 10 villages in Jiaozhuang Township and 5 villages in Donghe Township were merged. As of June 2020, mingguandian township has jurisdiction over 25 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in mingguandian village. Mingguandian township is the planting place of qijuhua, qishanyao and qiziyuan, the geographical indication products of agricultural products in China.
In 2011, the total agricultural output value of mingguandian township was 119 million yuan, and the total fiscal revenue was 2.56 million yuan, of which the local fiscal revenue was 1.19 million yuan.
