Located at the western edge of Biyang County, 9 kilometers away from Biyang County, Shewan town borders Biyang County in the East, Shuangmiao Township in the north, Gaodian Township and Pangu Township in the south, Wangji Township and shaobaisi Township in Tanghe County in the West. It is the junction of the two cities and counties. With a total area of 86 square kilometers and a cultivated area of 76400 mu, the town is a major agricultural town in Biyang County.
