Liuquanpu town is located in the east of Zhenping county. It is 10 kilometers away from the county. In the East, it faces angoo town of Wolong District across the Liaohe River. In the south, West and North, it borders Zheshan Town, pengying Town, anziying Town, Chengjiao town and Laozhuang town respectively.
