Xiaoying industrial and Trade Zone in Xiuwu County of Henan Province is located in the industrial cluster area in the south of Xiuwu County, adjacent to Jinxin Expressway in the north and Jinzheng Expressway in the south. It governs an administrative village in Xiaoying, covering an area of 45 square kilometers, with a total population of more than 4800 people, including 2942 people in Xiaoying village and 1800 migrant workers.
