Shangbaizuo street is located in Jiefang District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province (northwest of Jiaozuo City), 3 kilometers away from the city center. Division evolution

Shangbaizuozuo was called Beiqin village in ancient times, also called Shangqin village. In Jiajing year of Ming Dynasty, it was also called baijiazuo. Because there was a lot of lime in the area, it was also named baijiazuo because it took the surname Bai to set up a workshop here. In 1839, Xiuwu County annals was written in Shangbai. Shangbaizuo was established in December 1953, and shangbaizuo pioneer people's commune was established on August 15, 1958. In November 1966, it merged with baijianfang people's Commune and became Qianjin commune. In October 1969, shangbaizuo people's commune was rebuilt.
