Jiukuang street is located at the northernmost end of Heshan District, Hebi City, Henan Province. It is adjacent to Shanying town of Anyang County in the north and West, daluzhai village of hebiji town in the south, and Longquan town of Long'an District of Anyang City in the East. It covers an area of 9.77 square kilometers.

Evolution of organizational system

Lvzhai street was built in 1963 and renamed jiukuang Square Street in 1981. In 1997, with an area of 0.2 square kilometers and a population of 4000, it has jurisdiction over three neighborhood committees, jinggou, Xinjian and Xincun.
