Da'an Industrial Park

Da'an Industrial Park is a polysemy word, which refers to the name of industrial park. There are two, one is Da'an Industrial Park in Chongqing, and the other is Da'an Industrial Park in Ruyang County, Luoyang City, Henan Province.

Chongqing Park

Chongqing Da'an Industrial Park is located in the northeast of Yongchuan City, the central city of Western Chongqing Economic Corridor, close to Da'an road crossing of Chengdu Chongqing Expressway, 10 km away from Yongchuan City and 53 km away from the main urban area of Chongqing. It is a provincial industrial park awarded by Chongqing Municipal People's Government on December 30, 2002.

The park mainly relies on Chengdu Chongqing Expressway and the first ring road of Yongchuan City, with a planning area of 15 square kilometers. From 2003 to 2005, it invested 1 billion yuan to complete the construction of 1.5 square kilometers of the start-up area, realizing an output value of 2.5 billion yuan; by 2007, it invested 2 billion yuan to build 4 square kilometers, realizing an output value of 5 billion yuan; by 2012, it completed all 15 square kilometers of Da'an Industrial Park.

In accordance with the principle of "functional zoning, industrial concentration and reasonable layout", five characteristic industrial parks are planned and constructed: 4.5 square kilometers of Electrical Industrial Park, focusing on the development of light manufacturing industries such as electronic information products production, household appliances and supporting parts processing; 1 square kilometers of scientific research Incubation Park, mainly developing supporting cooperative institutions that directly provide technology, scientific research and information services for enterprises; 2 Fangkm Hardware Industrial Park focuses on the development of hardware processing and manufacturing industry, mainly introducing small-scale, low water consumption, light pollution, hardware processing enterprises dominated by private enterprises; 5 km2 Mechanical Industrial Park focuses on the development of automobile and motorcycle parts processing and production, general gasoline engine parts, high-power diesel engine parts, petrochemical gate valve, air compressor and hydraulic machine manufacturing, etc 2.5 square kilometers of environmental protection industrial park, focusing on the development of environmental protection facilities product processing and manufacturing industry.

Since March 2003, the park management committee has rapidly promoted the infrastructure construction of the 1.5 square kilometer start-up area in the form of "BT". After more than one year's high-speed construction, the supporting infrastructure in the start-up area of Da'an Industrial Park has been gradually improved, realizing "seven connections and one leveling" of water, electricity, gas, closed-circuit television, drainage, communication and trunk roads. A total of nearly 200 million funds have been introduced and 13 enterprises have settled in. A number of well-known enterprises, such as national large-scale ordnance enterprise Changjiang Electric Group, national top 500 private enterprises Zhejiang Wantai aluminum, large-scale packaging color printing enterprise Jinsheng Qiaoli, have settled in their projects, and the park has begun to take shape.

Since the establishment of the park, the Management Committee of the park has adhered to the guiding ideology of "development is the first priority and environment is the first element", and in accordance with the specific requirements of Yongchuan "year of optimizing development environment", started from improving the management and service mechanism, and based on changing people's consciousness, with the goal of creating the optimal development environment, increased the renovation of the development environment of the park, especially the soft environment. Extensive publicity and education have been carried out to form a working atmosphere of optimizing the development environment in the park; the examination and approval functions and charging standards of the park have been arranged, and the procedures have been merged, simplified and publicized. Located in the north of Ruyang County, Luoyang City, Henan Province, Da'an Industrial Park manages seven administrative villages, namely Da'an, Maying, Liuzhuang, rudian, luoao, Gaohe and duzhuang.

Attachment: Da'an township is located in the north of Ruyang County, 28 kilometers away from the county. Jiaozuo Zhicheng railway passes through Luoyang Jieshou highway and Luoyang Caidian highway. There is a tomb of Cao Pi, emperor of Wei and Ming Dynasties.

Daan township was established in 1948, Neibu commune in 1958, Neibu Township in 1984, and Daan Township in 1993. In 1997, it covers an area of 35.1 square kilometers and has a population of 21000. It governs seven administrative villages, namely Da'an, Du Zhuang, luo'ao, Gao He, Gu Dian, Cao Liu Zhuang and Ma Ying. In 2005, Da'an township was abolished and its administrative area was put under the jurisdiction of Neibu township (the actual situation is that the former Da'an township area was changed into Da'an Industrial Park).
