Historical division
After the liberation of Neibu in 1948, Neibu district government was established, which governed Neibu Township, Da'an Township, rudian Township, Nanpo Township and Gangdi township. In October 1955, the district was withdrawn to build the Central Township, and in 1956, the Central Township was withdrawn. In May 1962, Neibu people's commune was established, which has 32 brigades under its jurisdiction. In September 1975, 13 brigades including Taoying, tieluying, xiaobeixi and dabeixi were set up to establish Taoying people's commune. In 1983, it was renamed Neibu Township People's government. In January 1994, Daan, rudian, caolingzhuang, duzhuang, Gaohe, luoao and Maying villages were set up. In December 2005, Da'an township was abolished and merged into Neibu township. In 2010, Neibu township was removed from township to town, and Neibu Township People's government was established.
