Junzhao Township

Junzhao township is located about 20 kilometers west of Dengfeng City, Henan Province, at the south foot of Ma'anshan, 20.2 kilometers away from the urban area. Zhengzhou, the capital of Henan Province in the East, Luoyang, the ancient capital in the west, Ruzhou in the South and Yanshi in the north, covering an area of 102 square kilometers and 48000 mu of cultivated land, is a shallow mountain area in western Henan. The territory is rich in products, convenient transportation, unique environment and simple customs.

brief introduction

Junzhao is a famous historical and cultural town in Henan Province. There are Huangcheng site, Changzhai site, dahutou site, Donghe site and nanwa site. Nanwa site is also rated as the seventh batch of national cultural relics protection units. Junzhao is also an old revolutionary base. In 1944, commander PI Dingjun led the Anti Japanese advance detachment of the Eighth Route Army into the mountainous area of western Henan to open up an anti Japanese base area. In September of the same year, Dengfeng Anti Japanese county government was established in hongshitougou village of our township. Jun called on the people to shed blood in the war and made great contributions to the victory of the revolution. Today, many revolutionary sites of that year are still preserved here.

Zhengzhou shaoluo expressway, Dengfeng railway, s323 provincial highway and Wenying highway, Xinzheng airport Dengfeng Luoyang intercity light rail, G207 National Road (reconstruction) and Dengyan highway run through the whole area. Junzhao toll station of Zhengzhou shaoluo expressway was opened at the end of 2008. By the end of 2005, more than 20 million yuan had been invested in the construction of rural roads, and more than 70% of natural villages and villager groups had roads, including asphalt or cement roads. Economics

Junzhao township is an agricultural township. Abundant in corn, wheat, tobacco, soybean, peanut, apple, grape, watermelon and other crops, tobacco and apple are the most important economic crops in the township.
