Yanwu Township, subordinate to Qingyun County, Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Qingyun County, bordering Wudi County, Binzhou City in the East, xuyuanzi in the southeast, Changjia town in the south, Hebei Province in the West and cuikou town in the north. The area is 59.53 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 25254 households registered residence in Yan Wu township.
In September 1958, Yanwu commune was established. In May 1984, the commune was abolished and Yanwu township was established. As of June 2020, Yanwu village has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages.
By the end of 2018, there were 21 industrial enterprises in Yanwu Township, including 11 large-scale industrial enterprises and 12 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Wu Zhong
Wu Zhong (1733-1823), with the word Hongsheng, is a Hui nationality. He was born on the third day of February in the tenth year of Yongzheng. He was born in houzhuangke village, Yanwu Township, Qingyun County, Shandong Province. According to the book of Baji boxing written by luotuan in Cangxian County, Zhili County in 1874, Baji boxing was passed down by Shaolin Temple in Henan Province. Jiang Linzhao
