Su ban town

Suban town is located in the northeast of Xinluo District, Longyan City, Fujian Province. It is adjacent to Xiyuan Township and arch bridge town of Zhangping City in the southeast and Yanshi town in the southwest, with a mild climate. Historical evolution

In the Ming Dynasty, it was the suban community in Wan'an, Jiulong Township, with shiyuying, yanglaishan, chiweishan, yangkeng, QiaXi, Zhangjiabang, dayangkeng and other villages. From the Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, it was still called the Su ban society. In the 22nd year of the Republic of China, it belonged to Fusu district and governed Meishan, Dongping and Yuntan townships. The next year belongs to the third district (Yanshi). In March of the 26th year of the Republic of China, the United protection of Meishan, Dongping, Yuntan and Gaoshan townships was planned. The next year, it was reduced to the joint protection of Dongmei, Yuntan and Gaoshan townships. In December of the 30th year of the Republic of China, it belongs to the first district (Yandong), with Yunshe Township under the jurisdiction of luncun, Wayang, Zhongyang, Lingdou, Xilou, Huhe, chicun, Xishan and gaoxuebao; Meihe Township under the jurisdiction of Meitou, Meizhong, Meiwei, suban, Yiwen, wangkeng and lubangbao. In November 1949, it belonged to Shahe district and set up Yuntan, Ji'an and Dongping villages. In October 1951, it was changed to Qingyun, Dongping and Ji'an townships. In 1956, it belonged to Baisha district. The next year, it was renamed Qingmei Township, with jurisdiction over Ji'an, Qingyun, Dongping, shangyangkeng and xiayangkeng villages. In 1958, Qingmei commune was established. The following year, it was incorporated into Baisha commune and set up Qingmei management area. In July 1984, it was changed to suban township. In 1987, it has jurisdiction over 14 villages and 143 villager groups. Zhangcuo Industrial Park in suban town is located in Meishan village in the northwest of suban Town, at the downstream of Longyan central city, 55 km away from the urban area.
