Chengshan
Chengshan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, is located at the east end of Shandong Peninsula, the center of the north half of Rongcheng City, the Yellow Sea in the East and North, the town of slang island in the south, and the town of port Liu and port West in the West. The administrative area covers 122.58 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the population of Chengshan town registered residence was 37125.
In February 1982, it was chengshanwei commune. In April 1984, it was chengshanwei town. In June 2000, chengshanwei and Longshu Island were merged into Shanwei town. In July 2002, it was renamed Shanzhen. As of june2020, Chengshan town has three communities and 57 administrative villages.
In 2011, local financial revenue of Chengshan town was 79.36 million yuan, an increase of 4% over the previous year. From the perspective of each major tax category, the business tax is 16.24 million yuan, the value-added tax is 3.78 million yuan, and the enterprise income tax is 8.73 million yuan. In 2011, the total agricultural output value was 10.46 billion yuan. The per capita net income of farmers reached 11315 yuan, and the average household savings of 100000 yuan. In 2018, Chengshan town has 190 industrial enterprises, including 28 above scale and 72 Comprehensive shops with business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In the 13th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1380), it was set up as a mountain guard. In the late Qing Dynasty, it was Chaoyang City.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it was the first district.
In December, the twenty ninth year of the Republic of China (1940), it was the fourth district.
In March, the thirty years of the Republic of China (1941), it was the third district.
In February, the thirty first year of the Republic of China (1942), it was a mountainous area.
In September 1950, it was the Fifth District.
In September 1955, it was changed into a mountain area.
In March 1958, it was Chengxiang township; in September of the same year, it was Chengshan commune.
In February 1982, it was chengshanwei commune.
In April 1984, it was chengshanwei town.
In June 2000, chengshanwei and Longshu Island were merged into Shanwei town.
In July 2002, it was renamed Shanzhen.

topographic features
Chengshan town has hills in the southwest and northeast, and the central and northern areas are marine plain, which belong to Liandao sandbar. The coastal area is Sandy and beach, with straight coastline, wind sand and soil distributed in the offshore area, and wind and sand fixation forest are planted. The highest peak in the territory is located in cone mountain, with an altitude of 271.2m.

Chengshan town is a warm temperate semi humid monsoon climate, affected by the sea, and it is windy in spring and winter and foggy in summer. The Shishui River in Chengshan town originates from Hukou mountain, and feeds into yangyuchi bay to the East; yujiahe is from Hukou mountain and into Chaoyang port to the north.
