Ningjin Street
Ningjin street, under the jurisdiction of Rongcheng City, Weihai City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeast of Rongcheng City, adjacent to the Yellow Sea in the East, Taoyuan Street in the southeast, Yellow Sea in the south, Dongshan street in the West and Yellow Sea in the north. The administrative area is 68 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, Ningjin street had a total population of 22081.
In September 1958, the commune was established; in October of the same year, it was renamed Ningjin commune. In April 1984, it belongs to Ningjin township. In December 1989, the township was removed and Ningjin town was set up. In 2000, mokaidao town was merged into Ningjin town. In 2005, Ningjin town was withdrawn, and xinanhai, dongnanhai, Yuanjia, nanxiajia and qiangujia were assigned to Taoyuan Street, while the remaining villages were assigned to Ningjin street. As of June 2020, Ningjin street has jurisdiction over one community and 46 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Ningjin street was 6.69 billion yuan, an increase of 10.9% over the previous year; the investment in fixed assets was 1.81 billion yuan, an increase of 56.9% over the previous year; the local financial revenue was 33.17 million yuan, an increase of 23.3% over the previous year. In 2011, the total output value of agriculture reached 48 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 8300 yuan.
History of construction
In April 1940, the Anti Japanese democratic government was established, which belonged to the Sixth District of Rongcheng county. In December of the same year, it was changed to the Tenth District.
In March 1941, Ningjin Township and Donghai Township, which belong to the seventh district, were set up.
In February 1942, it belonged to Jiazi mountain area.
In October 1945, it was assigned to Shidao special zone, which is called Jiazi mountain area.
In November 1946, it was transferred to the 12th district.
In March 1951, the township was built under the District, belonging to Ningjin, Qianjia, suodong, Majia, dongdun, Binhai, Quge and other townships in the 12th district.
In April 1954, Shidao county was established, belonging to Shidao county.
In February 1956, Shidao county was abolished and returned to Rongcheng county.
In January 1957, Ningjin Township and Quge Township belong to Jiazi mountain area.
From July 1957 to March 1958, the district was withdrawn, belonging to Ningjin township;

Ningjin street is mostly a piedmont plain with high terrain in the West and low terrain in the East. The highest point is at the top of Liucun mountain, with an altitude of 263 meters; the lowest point is at the intersection of Malan village and Dongchu Island Village, with an altitude of 3.5 meters.

Ningjin street belongs to warm temperate semi humid monsoon climate, which is characterized by four distinct seasons, hot and rainy season, sufficient light and long frost free period. It is dry and windy in spring, concentrated rainfall in summer, mild and cool in autumn, and dry and cold in winter with little snow. The annual average temperature is 11.5-11.8 ℃. The frost free period is 248 days.

The dongdun River in Ningjin Street originates from the eastern foot of the shelf, and the XIAJIA river originates from the northern foot of Chaoyang Dongshan, both of which flow eastward into the Yellow Sea.

famous scenery
The old city of ningjinsuo is located in the former ningjinsuo village. It was built in 1380, the 13th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty. The terrain of Suocheng is high in the northeast and low in the southwest. The city wall is square, rammed with loess and grey cinnamon soil, with one door on each side. At present, only a section of remnant wall can be seen on the left and right sides of the north gate. The west section is 150 meters long, and the east section is 120 meters long (about 30 meters after the cemetery), totaling 270 meters. The existing relict is 6m high, 1.5m wide at the top and 16m wide at the base.
Liucun stone tomb group is located in the southwest of Liucun, Ningjin Town, which is the ancestral Tomb of Cheng family. It originally covers an area of 13 mu, with 30 to 40 stone tombs. Half of it was destroyed in 1958, 1964
