Here is Jiulongshan, Daiyue district, Tai'an City, with dense vegetation and lush cypress trees. There is an old couplet in the temple: "Jin mountain with water, Da Luo Di, Gan Yu Lin palace, Xiao Dong Tian". Before Nanquan temple was founded, it was the cemetery of zhangqinghe in Song Dynasty. Zhang Qinghe was once a magistrate of the state. The date of his epitaph is unknown. When Mao Shuyun, magistrate of Tai'an County, visited Nanquan temple in the late Qing Dynasty, he asked for the stone and ordered it to be preserved properly. Later, the stone was embedded in the temple wall to the east of the Mountain Gate. In the Ming Dynasty, there was a stele on the fourth floor of Miaoji, which extends to the river in the East, changjialin in the west, yangyuchi in the South and Liujin's in the north, including the whole Jiulong Mountain. The fish pond is located at the southwest foot of Jiulong Mountain. It is a square pond, about 40 meters around and 2 meters deep. Changjialin is the ancestral Tomb of the Chang family in Jiaoyu, covering an area of tens of mu with dense vegetation, which was completely destroyed during the "Cultural Revolution". Liu Jin may have been a resident of Hexi village at that time. Through the expansion of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, a large-scale ancient building complex was formed. The temple is about 150 meters long from north to South and 100 meters wide from east to west. It is divided into two main courtyards, the temple yard in the West and the Zen house in the East. The gate is to the south of the temple. In the east of the mountain gate is Kuixing Pavilion, which has two floors, and the lower one is a convenient door. The upper one is shaped in the shape of Kuixing pen. The bell tower is located on the west side of the gate. It has two floors. The lower floor is a convenient door. There are eighteen Arhats on both sides and Guanyin sitting upside down behind the niche. In front of Daxiong hall, there are two corridors, one east and the other west, each with its own statue of gods. There are many inscriptions in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, most of which are Temple inscriptions, and few in the period of the Republic of China. In 1930, a huge monument was set up in the west of the mountain gate to record the fighting and sacrifice between the local red spear club and the mountain bandits. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, the temple has 18 mu of land for supporting the temple. The land is fertile, and there are no worries about drought and flood. There are two long-term workers, one cooking worker, two cattle and one donkey. The monks live well. in the old days, the temple was full of incense, and temple fairs were held three times a year. The first is the 16th day of the first lunar month, with a duration of 4 days; the second is March 17, and the third is September 17, with a duration of 6 days. At every temple fair, Laiwu Bangzi or Shandong Bangzi troupes are invited to sing. In the west of the temple, there is a stage, rectangular, 2 meters high. Every time you sing, you are asked to set up a mat shed. The front is the theater, and the back is the shed. In 1930, the stage was converted into a theater building. in the early years of the Republic of China, Tai'an set up a primary school in the upper court of the north of the monk's room, and in 1924 it was changed into a higher primary school in Jiaoyu Town, Tai'an. In 1930, Tai'an removed the statues, drove the monks away, and put all the houses in the temple under the control of schools. Now the old school buildings have been demolished and the teaching building has been built. after the removal of the original statues, they were embedded in the west wall of the school. They were well preserved, but later they were destroyed when the school was expanded. Two of them are Song Dynasty steles and Zhang Qinghe's epitaph. The characters are regular script. They are neat and beautiful. Some students stay on their beds to make stickers. The inscription describes Zhang Qinghe's family in detail, which is of great historical value. At the beginning of the stone tablet, it was used as a dining table. After a long time of grinding, the handwriting was not clear. Later, a teacher used it as an anvil to cut firewood, which was broken in two. The song stele written by Jia Qixiang in Qing Dynasty (about Zhang Qinghe's tombstone) has not been preserved. Later, rural power station and other units and houses were built successively in Jiulongshan, and the original landscape disappeared.
