Beijipo Street

Beijipo street is a city street under the jurisdiction of Tai'an high tech Industrial Development Zone. It is adjacent to the riverside area of Yuwen scenic area in the East, the riverside area of Yuwen scenic area (Tourism Road) in the south, xujialou street, Shengzhuang town in the north and manzhuang town in the West. Now it has jurisdiction over 8 communities (23 districts) and 33 administrative villages, with a total area of 73.3 square kilometers and a population of 185800.

There are Shandong First Medical University, Taishan college, Dongfang College of Shandong University of Finance and economics, Shandong Liming Vocational College of science and technology, Shandong Medical Technician College, etc.

Within its jurisdiction, there are the memorial hall of the revolutionary martyrs in Anshang, the Art Museum of Taishan ancient architecture and other scenic spots.

Historical evolution

According to legend, beijipo village was built at the end of Tang Dynasty. It was named beijipo because of the surrounding water collection.

Beijipo town was built in 1985.

In April 2002, beijipo town was transferred from Daiyue district to high tech Zone (the people's Congress, CPPCC, armed forces, etc. are still under the management of Daiyue district).

From September 2002 to December 2003, the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of the high tech Zone decided to put 16 administrative villages to the west of Beijing Shanghai Railway under the jurisdiction of the New District Street Management Center.

In June 2004, Quanhe village, Donghu village, Xinglongzhuang village and donghebei village in manzhuang town of Daiyue district were under the jurisdiction of beijipo town and the New District Street Management Center.

In June 2010, with the approval of the provincial government, the town was removed and streets were set up, which was still under the leadership and management of the high tech Zone, and the original management system remained unchanged.

In February 2017, 11 villages in qiujiadian town of Taishan District, including Qianjiu village, houjiu village, Dongjiu village, ZHONGJIU village, beiyanzhang village, dongyanzhang village, xiyanzhang village and Guilin Guanzhuang village, and 11 villages in Shengyuan Guanzhuang village, Beixu village and Nanxu village of Shengzhuang Town, were under the jurisdiction of beijipo street.

In November 2019, the original villages in qiujiadian town of Taishan District, including Qianjiu village, houjiu village, Dongjiu village, ZHONGJIU village, beiyanzhang village, dongyanzhang village, xiyanzhang village and Guilin Guanzhuang village, Shengyuan Guanzhuang village, Beixu village and Nanxu village in Shengzhuang Town, as well as Zhaozhuang village, Dongxia village, Xixia Village, Zhongxia village, Nanxia village, beidianzi village, nandianzi village, quanlinzhuang village in beijipo Xiwang village, Zhangzhuang village, nanguanzhuang village and Yangquan village are under the management of Jianwen scenic area.
