Those who go to the countryside belong to Bailang County, Xigaze City, Tibet Autonomous Region, with an area of 326.83 square kilometers and a population of 2049 (2017).

Bailang County governs the township. In 1980, rema and other four villages were put under the jurisdiction of Bailang county from Sakya county. In 1988, when the district was withdrawn and the township was merged with Jinguo Township, those villages went to the countryside. Located in the west of the county, 46 kilometers away from the county government. It covers an area of 326.83 square kilometers and has a population of 2049 (2017). It has jurisdiction over seven village committees: Zong, qudan, rema, Nadui, niecang, PU and zhenmuze. It mainly grazes yak, goat and sheep.
