Heying Town, subordinate to Weixian County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Weixian County, adjacent to Hezhao Township in the East, Mingzhou town in the south, Guangzong County in the West and zhangtai town in the north. It is 12.6km away from Weixian County People's government, with a total area of 65.62km2.

In 1946, Heying town was located in Southern Hebei Province; in 2013, Heying town was changed from Heying township to Heying town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of He Ying Town was 37009. As of June 2020, Heying town has 32 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the town people's government is stationed at No. 17, Century Road, Fanying village.

History of construction

In 1946, it was the seat of Southern Hebei administrative office.

In 1949, it belonged to the third district of Weixian county.

In 1953, Heying township was built, belonging to three districts.

In March 1958, Heying township was abolished and merged into Hezhao township; in August of the same year, it belonged to Weixing commune, which was the Heying management area; in November of the same year, it belonged to zhangtai commune.

In May 1961, jianheying commune was established.

In January 1984, Heying commune was changed into Heying township.
