Huangqibao street is located in the southeast of Fangzi District, Weifang City, where Weihe River and Wenhe River converge. Weihe River in the East and Xiashan District in the East, Wenhe River in the north and Wenhe River in the West are adjacent to Jiulong street and fang'an Street respectively, and Anqiu City in the south. Huangqibao Street covers an area of 4.5 square kilometers, with a permanent resident population of 47838 (2010). It is located in the north of Anqiu City, with very convenient traffic conditions. Evolution of administrative districts

At the beginning of the Western Han Dynasty, Chunyu county was established as a state of Gaomi, which was incorporated into Gaomi in the Tianbao period of the Northern Qi Dynasty (581). After that, they returned to Anqiu. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Anqiu County was divided into 54 communities, which were under the jurisdiction of Fuwang, Qicheng and Antai. In the early period of the Republic of China, the establishment of branch offices in the late Qing Dynasty was still followed. After 1927, the branch system was changed to the district town system, belonging to the Second District of Anqiu. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Fuwang district was set up along Huangqibao street, and later it was changed into the Fourth District of Anqiu County. The district government was set up in Fuwang village. In 1957, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Most of the villages in the former Fuwang District were assigned to the newly established Fuwang Township, while some of the villages such as Shiqiaozi and Ximenkou were assigned to Hanji township.
