Heilizhai Town, belonging to Gaoqing County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, is located in the southwest of Gaoqing County, connecting Huagou town in the East, Sunzhen town in Zouping County in the south, Taizi town in Zouping County in the West and Qingcheng town in the north.
