In the spring of 1940, Zhao Baoyuan, a stubborn army, set up a stronghold in the West Village of Rizhuang. In the autumn, Zhao Baoyuan was removed by the Eighth Route Army. In 1941, more than 20 members of the fifth mixed brigade of the Japanese aggressor army and more than 250 members of the puppet army occupied Rizhuang and built a stronghold in the West Village to harass and ravage the people. The xiaobuyin tomb group and zhangjiabu tomb group unearthed Han Dynasty pottery, iron, bronze and other cultural relics, which are designated as county-level cultural relics protection units. The main crops in the town are wheat, corn and peanut. There are more than 20 kinds of mineral resources, including iron, zeolite, perlite and bentonite, of which the reserves of zeolite are more than 10 billion tons. The industrial enterprises run by the town include vibrators, thermal insulation materials, perlite, mineral sand, zeolite, plastics and bricks and tiles, with an annual profit of 1.14 million yuan. The vibrators produced are sold to 18 provinces, cities and autonomous regions such as Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Jiangsu, Liaoning and Xinjiang.
