Sundu Street

Sundu street is located in the GANFU PLAIN, the suburb of Fengcheng City, which is the junction of urban and rural areas. Shitan town in the East, Rongtang town in the west, Qiaodong town in the South and Xincheng town in the north. The total population of the whole street is 59826 (in 2010), and most of them are from Jiangyou ethnic group of Han nationality. It is 11 kilometers long from east to west and 10 kilometers wide from north to south, with a total area of 49.36 square kilometers and 41972 mu of arable land. It has jurisdiction over 14 village committees and seven community neighborhood committees (one of which is a market town neighborhood committee). In 2005, Sundu Street achieved a fiscal revenue of 10.17 million yuan, a per capita income of 3372 yuan, and a total industrial output value of 300 million yuan.

Historical evolution

The residents on both sides of Fengshan river travel by boat, so it is named Sundu. In 1949, it was divided into seven townships, including Dutou and Nanjing. In 1958, it was merged into Dutou commune. In 1984, it was changed into Sundu township. In July 1996, it was established as a town. In 1997, it covers an area of 50.4 square kilometers and has a population of 35000. It has jurisdiction over Sundu neighborhood committee and 20 administrative villages including Dunan, Yongfeng, Yangchi, nihu, Yangfang, Sanxi, Taishan, Fenglian, Gonghe, Sanhe, Xiangkou, naoxi, pingxia, gengshang, Zuojia, nanzou, Lishan, Xingwu, chenbu and MaoYuan. The town government is stationed in sunjiadu. It was changed to Sundu Street on August 24, 2003.

The streets should combine market regulation with government guidance, make full use of science and technology, and strive to improve the added value of science and technology of waterfowl products. Through the development in recent years, waterfowl industry has become the pillar industry of our street agriculture and an important way for farmers to increase their income and become rich. In 2006, my street was rated as one of the top 100 towns of animal husbandry and aquatic products in the province. In 2010, the street GDP reached 708 million yuan, the total fiscal revenue was 61.74 million yuan, and the per capita net income of farmers was 6543 yuan.

Facilities construction

Layout structure of market towns: the chessboard layout structure of "one center, one belt, two vertical and two horizontal" is adopted. One heart: Sundu town is planned to adopt a single center. Sundu town center is planned at the intersection of new 105 National Highway and Zhenxing North Avenue. Belt: take the green space in the north of Fengshui as the green landscape belt.
