In March 1980, zhangkuan street was built on the basis of Xingtai Coal Mine, Xingtai Power Plant and nearby residential areas under the jurisdiction of zhangkuan commune. In 2020, zhangkuan Street will be changed from Qiaoxi District to Xindu District. In 2018, the total population of zhangkuan street was 39658. As of June 2020, zhangkuan street has jurisdiction over 8 communities and 2 administrative villages, and its sub district office is located at No. 2000, South Gangtie road.

History of construction

In March 1980, zhangkuan street was built on the basis of Xingtai Coal Mine, Xingtai Power Plant and nearby residential areas under the jurisdiction of zhangkuan commune.

In 2020, Qiaoxi District will be renamed Xindu District, and zhangkuan Street will be changed from Qiaoxi District to Xindu District.
