Huaguanying Township

Huaguanying township is subordinate to Hanshan District of Handan City, where the Township People's government is located. The total area is 34.49 square kilometers. The permanent resident population was 38255 (2017), all Han nationality. It has 13 natural villages and 13 villager committees. On September 30, 2016, it was under the jurisdiction of Hanshan District, Handan city.

In November 1956, it was transferred to Handan City, in March 1965, it was transferred to Cixian County, and huaguanying commune was established in April, which got its name because of its location. In April 1984, it was renamed huaguanying township. In January 1996, dongchengying township was merged. It is adjacent to Shangcheng town in Cheng'an County in the East, Taicheng Township and Matou town in Hanshan District in the west, xinzhuangying Township in the South and beizhangzhuang Township and Nanbao Township in Handan County in the north.
