Daqiao farm, subordinate to Yujiang District, Yingtan City, Jiangxi Province, has a population of 1050 in 2010.

Main functions

1. We will fully implement the party's and government's line, principles and policies, especially the party's basic policies on farms and rural areas. It includes land contract policy, family planning, farmland protection, environmental protection and other basic national policies, as well as various burden reduction, agricultural support and tax policies. 2. Promote the healthy and rapid development of the local economy. To formulate and organize the implementation of the overall planning and economic development plan of the farm; to actively cultivate leading industries, develop agricultural industrialization and increase the income of agricultural workers; to support the coordinated development of secondary and tertiary industries and the development of private economy; and to strengthen the functions of public management and public service. We should strengthen the infrastructure construction to improve the production and living conditions of farm workers, such as farm planning and construction, farmland water conservancy and rural roads; strengthen the construction of sanitation, new rural construction, family planning, land management, civil affairs, social security, culture, sports and other social undertakings; strengthen the work of workers, youth and women; and provide high-quality services such as training and employment for farm labor transfer. 4. Strive to build a harmonious society on farms. We should investigate and mediate all kinds of contradictions and disputes in rural areas to promote social harmony and safety in rural areas, do a good job in the comprehensive management of social security, letters and visits, and safe production to maintain social stability, and do a good job in the armed work of the militia. 5. To undertake other tasks assigned by the county Party committee, the county government and the higher authorities.

Internal organization

According to the above responsibilities, the state-owned Yujiang County Daqiao improved seed farm has six functional units. 1. Social stability unit is responsible for the comprehensive management of social security, petition, safety production and militia armed work; 5. Agricultural technology extension station is responsible for the promotion, guidance and demonstration of agricultural technology, the prediction, forecast and prevention of agricultural diseases and insect pests, and animal epidemic prevention. 6. Finance and Statistics Department is responsible for the financial revenue and expenditure and statistics of the field.
