Xinzhuangying Township

Xinzhuangying township is subordinate to Hanshan District of Handan city. The Township People's government is located in xinzhuangying, which has the reputation of "North China, South China, land of fish and rice". It was under the jurisdiction of Hanshan District of Handan City on September 30, 2016.

brief introduction

Xinzhuangying commune was set up in May 1961, which was named after the residence. In April 1984, it was renamed xinzhuangying township. In January 1996, Lizhuang township was incorporated into the city. It borders Shangcheng town and Changxiang township of Cheng'an County in the East, Gaoyu town and Matou town of Hanshan district across Fuyang River in the west, Gaoyu town in the South and huaguanying Township in the north. The total area is 15.39 square kilometers. The permanent population is 24028 (2017), all of them are Han nationality. It has six natural villages and six villager committees.

Topography

Xinzhuangying township is located in plain, flat terrain, altitude between 60-80 meters, the groundwater level is about 4 meters. In the East is the old road of Zhanghe River, with several sand dunes and fluvo aquic soil, salinized fluvo aquic soil and fixed aeolian sand soil. Fuyang River, Hongqi Canal, Dongfeng main canal, three branch canals and four branch canals pass through the territory. The cultivated land is 15000 mu, all of which are irrigated.

Major industries

In 2005, the grain output was 11900 tons. The main food crops are wheat and rice, and the economic crops are cotton and lotus root. Fishery, chicken and pig industry ranks in the forefront of the county, known as "the north, the south, the land of fish and rice" reputation. Township enterprises take lotus root processing and activated carbon plant as the leading role to drive the common development of brick plant and oil press plant.

Xinzhuangying school district

Xinzhuangying School District, located in the northeast of Cixian County, governs 9 schools, including 3 Township run junior middle schools and 6 village run primary schools, with 177 teachers. at the beginning of the people's Republic of China, xinzhuangying central school was taken as the middle community, and beidougong central school as the East community. In October 1954, the district was adjusted to take Wangzhuang central school as the East District. The school district was set up in 1955. In 1958, xinzhuangying township was established. In the same year, the people's commune was established, with xinzhuangying, xiaomazhuang, Wangzhuang and Xuzhuang as the management area, Lizhuang, beidougong and guoxiaotun as the management area, and damazhuang, nandougong and Taiping as the management area. In 1961, the county was separated, and the xinzhuangying management area was expanded from four primary schools to six primary schools under its jurisdiction, which was changed into xinzhuangying commune. Lizhuang management area was expanded from 3 primary schools to 4 primary schools, and changed into Lizhuang commune. There is one headmaster in charge of education management. In 1984, the commune was changed into the township government, and the educational institution was called the township culture and education. In 1996, the villages and towns were merged, and the culture and education of xinzhuangying Township and Lizhuang Township were merged, named xinzhuangying school district. There are principal, secretary, Deputy principal, principal and deputy director of education, accountant, cashier, etc.
