Zhushan Town

Zhushan Town, subordinate to Yushui District, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, is located on the South Bank of Yuanhe River, across the river from Xinyu City. It is adjacent to Shuixi town in the East, Liangshan town in the south, Hexia town in the west, Xianlai office, Tongzhou office and Yuanhe Office of Yushui District in the north. The total area of the town is 66.8 square kilometers. As of August 2018, Zhushan Town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, 81 natural villages and 89 villager groups. Historical evolution

At the beginning of liberation, the five townships of Zhongzhou, Shizhou, zhouxia and Dongtou belonged to Shapi district.
