Beitian Township
Beitian Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Dingxing County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Dingxing County, adjacent to Nancai Township in the East, Yangcun town and Jiaguang Township in Rongcheng County in the south, Dingxing town and Beihe town in the west, Liyuzhuang Township and xiaozhuzhuang town in the North. The maximum distance from east to west is 16 kilometers, and the maximum distance from north to south is 5 kilometers, with a total area of 48.79 square kilometers. In late 2018, the total registered residence of 41767 people in North Tian township was about 100.
In 1961, Beitian commune was established. In 1984, it was changed to Beitian township. As of June 2020, Beitian township has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Neier village. Beitian township has South Juma, Hebei dike highway runs through the whole territory from east to west, Beijing Shijiazhuang high speed railway and Beijing Hong Kong Macao Expressway run through the whole Township from north to south.

Historical evolution
In the autumn of 1948, it was liberated and belongs to Dingxing county.
In 1953, it belonged to Beitian, Dongzhang village, Datong village and wangguan (Beicai).
