Three levels
In the system of villages and towns, according to the industrial layout and traffic conditions, villages and towns are divided into three levels from the regional perspective.
The first level is the central city - Changjun. It is the core area of the rural area, the leader of the rural economic system structure, and the main gathering place of rural population in the future. It will receive most of the population separated from agriculture and foreign population, and its economic development mainly depends on tourism and urban management.
The second level is the central village observation and Tianping. It is another development focus next to the central urban area.
The third level is the grass-roots villages: bakou, Liuxi, Xinji, Baisha, Jingzhuang, Caocan and Fenggang. It is mainly the service base of agriculture, and its main function is to live and serve agricultural production.
area for development
In the layout of villages and towns, it presents the layout form of "one economic development axis, five industrial clusters".
"One economic development axis" refers to the use of the traffic conditions of Nan'an first-class highway and other county and township highways to actively develop the economy of villages along the line, establish the economic development belt along the line, strive to accept the economic radiation of Nanchang City, build an economic development belt with tourism, agriculture, industry and tertiary industry as the main industries, and drive the economic development of the whole township.
The "five major industrial clusters" refer to the rural tertiary industrial zone mainly composed of Changjun; the industrial zone mainly composed of Jingzhuang and Caocan; the sports, culture and education industrial zone built along the north side of Nan'an highway; the ecological agricultural zone mainly composed of Tianping, Liuxi and Baokou; and the Tourism Development Zone mainly composed of Fenggang and guancha.
Industrial Development
In terms of industrial development, we should adhere to the principle of one industry as the basis and three industries as the focus, and speed up the development of the second industry.
The primary industry mainly focuses on suburban agriculture. On the basis of stabilizing grain production, it adheres to the idea of grasping industry and the method of market mechanism to grasp agriculture, vigorously develops enterprises, continuously improves the market competitiveness of agricultural products, and prospers the rural economy in an all-round way.
The third industry mainly focuses on tourism, urban construction and land development, actively develops the construction of leisure resort, focuses on speeding up the construction of observation reservoir and Changjun indoor ski City, and forms a tour route characterized by ecological tour and ancient visit combined with the observed ancient villages.
The second industry mainly focuses on supporting industries, seizing the opportunity of Nanchang to build a modern manufacturing base, accelerating industrialization, accelerating the expansion of total industrial volume, giving full play to the resources and location advantages of Changjun, rapidly expanding pillar industries, and promoting the reasonable and rapid development of Changjun economy.
