Fankeng Township, belonging to Fu'an City, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the north of Fu'an City. It faces Luoyang Town and Shiyang town of Zhejiang Province across Shoutai River in the East, Zherong County in the southeast, Shangbaishi town in the south, Tantou town in the West and Xixi township of Shouning County in the north. Fankeng township was first located in Xiafang village, Shouning County. The surname of fan Renshi first lived here. It is located in tiaoshankeng, so it is named Fankeng. In October 1949, it belonged to the second district office. In September 1958, it belonged to Shangbaishi commune. In April 1985, 17 villagers' committees were set up in Fankeng township. As of June 2020, Fankeng township has a total of 17 administrative villages.
