Xiaoyang Town, subordinate to Fu'an City, Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located in the northwest of Fu'an City, adjacent to Shekou town in the East, Muyun she Township in the south, Chunchi town in Zhouning County in the West and Fengyang Township in Shouning County in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 17.1 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 11.8 km. The total area is 89.49 square kilometers. In October 1984, it belongs to Shekou township. In April 1985, Xiaoyang township was established from Shekou township. In April 1992, the township was changed into a town.
