Beituan town

Beituan town is located in the North Valley basin of Liancheng County, Fujian Province, with Qingliu in the East, Wenchuan and Luofang in the south, Changting in the West and Sibao in the north. In 1987, it had 69 natural villages and 19 administrative villages.

In 2017, the administrative area was 12402 hectares, with 15436 permanent residents. On May 26, 2020, Beituan town was selected into the list of strong agricultural towns in 2020.
