Peidezhen

Peide Town, located in the north of Mishan City, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, is adjacent to Xingkai town and 8511 farm in the East, Heping Township and Mishan town in the south, Fuyuan Township across Qingnian reservoir in the west, and Mudanjiang agricultural administration bureau in the north. It is 12 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total administrative area of 835 square kilometers.

In the late Qing Dynasty, peidezhen belonged to Mishan Prefecture; in March 1984, peidezhen was changed from peidezhen commune to peidezhen. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Pei de town was 22037. In 2019, nine administrative villages will be under the jurisdiction of Peide Town, and the people's government will be stationed in Peide village.

In 2018, peidezhen had two industrial enterprises, including two above scale enterprises and one comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In the late Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Mishan Prefecture.

In 1912, Peide township was established. In September 1947, Zhuangde district was established.

In September 1950, it was renamed District 9.

In March 1956, Peide township was established.

In 1957, Xingli township was merged into Peide township.

In August 1958, Peide township was transformed into Peide commune, and in December of the same year, it was incorporated into the experimental farm of Agricultural University and put under the jurisdiction of Hulin county.

In 1962, Peide district was established.

In 1963, it was transferred from Hulin county to Mishan county and changed into Peide commune.

In March 1984, Peide commune was changed into Peide town.

Peidezhen scenic spot has youth reservoir, which is 13 kilometers north of Mishan city. It is an artificial reservoir built by General Wang Zhen with 100000 officers and soldiers and youth militia in May 1958.
