Jiangwu town
Jiangwu town is located in the southeast of Cixian county. The town people's government is located in Jiangwu Town, 9 kilometers south by west of the county people's government. It is adjacent to xiangcaiying township of Linzhang County in the East, shicunying Township in the west, Anfeng township of Anyang County in Henan Province across the Zhanghe River in the South and Cizhou town in the north. The total area is 74.52 square kilometers. The resident population was 45702 (2017). It has 26 natural villages and 26 villagers' committees.
Evolution of organizational system
In June 1953, it was set up in Jiangwu city and town, which got its name because of its location. In August 1958, it was merged into Shuangmiao people's commune, and in May 1982, Shuangmiao commune was renamed jiangwucheng commune. In April 1984, it was renamed jiangwucheng. In January 1996, Shenzhuang township was incorporated into the city. In December 1998, the township was set up as a town.

Cilin drainage channel is located in the eastern depression. Minyou channel passes through the East and West, and there are two small reservoirs. The total cultivated land is 56000 mu, including 47000 mu of irrigated land. The leading industries are wheat and corn planting. It is an important base of national high-quality commodity grain, with an annual output of 50 million kg of high-quality commodity grain. Since 2008, the cultivation of melons and vegetables has developed rapidly, with 5000 mu of watermelon and 2000 mu of vegetables. The breeding industry shows a good momentum of development, with 17160 pigs and 110770 chickens.

There are two monuments of Anti Japanese martyrs in the territory, including the ancient city wall site of Jiangwu city in the Three Kingdoms period, Longshan cultural site, Shang cultural site, Tomb of King yuanjingzhi in Yiyang of the Eastern Wei Dynasty, Tomb of King Zhongwu in Lanling of the Northern Qi Dynasty, Tomb of the third son of emperor Wenxiang, the grandson of Gaohuan, Tomb of emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty, Cultural Palace of imperial mausoleum of the Northern Dynasty.
On the ancient city wall site of Wucheng
It was called Wucheng before the Tang Dynasty and changed to it after the Song Dynasty. The geographical location of Wucheng is very important, and it is a must for military strategists of all dynasties. After Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao and occupied Yecheng in the Three Kingdoms period, he often moved here and used it as a base for training military generals. The plan of the ancient city is a parallelogram, except that the south wall and the south section of the east wall were destroyed by the Zhanghe River, most of the others still exist. Excavated in 1958, there are building components such as plate tiles and tube tiles, as well as daily necessities such as beans, pots and basins. Judging from the relics, they belong to the ancient site of the Warring States period. After the Han Dynasty, they were rebuilt, reconstructed or expanded, and continue to be used.
Tomb of emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty
The tomb of emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty is located in Cixian County, 65 kilometers southwest of Handan. It is also called "emperor's tomb", "Taishang tomb" and "Pingdingshan". It is the tomb of yuan Shanjian of emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty. It is one of the tombs of the Northern Dynasty, a key cultural relic protection unit of the state. It is more than 50 meters long, 120 meters in diameter and 700 mu in area. It is the highest and largest Tomb of the Northern Dynasty. the original wall of the mausoleum is only a remnant. From the residue, it can be seen that the wall is made of pebbles and laterite rammed from middle and small rivers, with a width of more than 3 meters. The north wall is 0.8 meters. It is 1400 meters long from north to South and 1140 meters wide from east to west. The steps leading to the top of the tomb are built with green bricks. On both sides of the steps are fence walls, carved with patterns of the Eastern Wei Dynasty style, adding to the atmosphere of simple and dignified. on the top of the tomb, there were Jade Emperor hall, Niangniang Temple and Guanyin temple.
Tomb of King Zhongwu in Lanling of Northern Qi Dynasty
Located in the south of Cixian City, 60 km south by west of Handan, Hebei Province, it is the tomb of Gao Su, the grandson of emperor Shenwu of the Northern Qi Dynasty. The tomb is tall, surrounded by a wall of flowers, and the cemetery has a stele Pavilion. In 1988, the stele of King Lanling was listed as a national key cultural relic.
