Dawangdian Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xushui District, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is a new industrial town in the west of Xushui district. Located in the west of Xushui District, it is 20km away from the urban area in the East, adjacent to Suicheng town in the East, Yilianzhuang Township in the west, the main urban area of Baoding and Mancheng District in the south, and dongfushan Township in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 7.85 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 10.668 km, with a total area of 72.71 square kilometers. Qushui reservoir in dawangdian town is located in the north of Qushui village, dawangdian Town, with a controlled drainage area of 25 square kilometers and a total storage capacity of 616000 cubic meters. It is a small type II reservoir with flood control as the main and irrigation as the auxiliary. The flood control standard is 30-year design. The main canal of the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project crosses from west to East. The designed flow is 170-50 cubic meters per second. The width of the canal bottom is 22.5-7 meters, and the water depth is 5-3.8 meters. There are 8 meters wide Shelterbelts on both sides of the canal. The main canal of Tianjin extends from the west of Xiheishan village to the outer ring River of Tianjin city.
