Luozhou Town, subordinate to Cangshan District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, is located at the southeast end of Fuzhou Nantai Island, adjacent to the Wulong River in the south, and connected with Chengmen town and Gaishan town in the north and west respectively. It is 12 kilometers away from the center of Fuzhou City, covering an area of 6.41 square kilometers. In 2005, it has jurisdiction over 7 village committees and 1 community neighborhood committee.
