Huairen Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Shanghe County, Jinan City, Shandong Province, is located in the northwest of Shanghe county. It is an important cotton production base in Shandong Province, a pilot town for the construction of small towns in Jinan City, and a county-level economic experimental zone. Huairen town is the main transportation hub of Jinan and Dezhou, and an important material distribution center and Trade Center in Shanghe, Leling, and Linyi regions. Huairen town belongs to the alluvial plain of North China. There are no high mountains and hills in the town. The main geomorphic types are river beach highland and high slope land. The flood plain highland is formed by floodplain deposition of ancient river course, with large slope, smooth flow of surface runoff and underground runoff. Generally, there is no threat of waterlogging, good groundwater quality and no threat of salinization. The high slope is mainly sandy fluvo aquic soil, which is the soil essence of the whole county and a high-yield field of grain and cotton.

Meng Yunqing

(about 725 -?) Tang Tianbao went to Chang'an at the beginning of his life to take the exam. He was promoted to be a Jinshi after he was 30 years old. He was a scholar in suzong and had 17 poems. His poems reflected the social reality in plain language and were highly valued by Du Fu and Yuan Jie. Meng Yuanqing and Du Fu had a deep friendship. In the summer of 758 (the first year of Qianyuan of Tang Dynasty), Du Fu took up the post of Huazhou Si Gong and joined the army. He drank and said goodbye at night before leaving, and presented a poem to Meng Yunqing. In the winter of the same year, they met in Luoyang and went to Liu Hao's home to have a drink. Du Fu also wrote a poem "at the end of winter, in the east of the city and lake, he met Meng Yunqing, and returned to Liu Hao's house. He had a drink and a banquet, because he was drunk." it describes the scene of the encounter, and expresses the sincere feelings among his friends. Yuan Jie attached great importance to Meng Yunqing's poems. In 760 (the third year of the Qianyuan period of the Tang Dynasty), he selected 24 poems from seven poets at that time in his collection of poems, including Meng Yunqing's poems
