Qianpu Town, belonging to Zongyang County, Tongling City, Anhui Province, is located in the northeast of Zongyang County and the upstream of chenyao lake water system. It is a low and shallow mountain area with good vegetation coverage. The highest altitude in the territory is 674.9 meters (Sangong mountain), and the lowest is only 18.9 meters. The soil is slightly and moderately acidic, the dry land is mostly on the hillside of 25 degree, the paddy field is mostly distributed in the fan area, which is suitable for planting rice, potato, rape, wheat and a few cotton and other crops; the mountain farm is mainly timber forest, and the area of fruit forest is relatively small, which is suitable for the development of animal husbandry and fruit forestry such as pig, cattle and sheep.
