Chen began to take off "clothes" and carry "bags". due to the low quality and high price of luggage fabrics produced by various textile enterprises, their products soon sold well all over the country, making the textile industry, which has been at a low ebb for more than a year, full of vitality again. Some "textile giants" with flexible mind and wide access stand out. They let the household weavers who have not started the work do the processing on their behalf. They are responsible for the quality and market, and then pay the wages to the household weavers. Some large families even contacted more than 500 family looms. At the same time, Pufang, Hongda, Rongsheng, Feiyue printing and dyeing enterprises began to bid farewell to the workshop mode of production, invested a lot of money in the construction of standard workshops, and the number of looms increased rapidly with the good sales situation. By 1992, Xiachen had nearly 2000 looms, more than 5000 employees and a daily production of 500000 meters of luggage. the third "instant": from "have" to "no". Hongda Company, which is mainly engaged in the production of tarpaulin, while introducing the complete production line of shuttleless water jet loom, employs professional engineers and foreign trade companies to jointly develop new products with high technical content and suitable for domestic and foreign markets. This year, it is expected to achieve sales of 200 million yuan and create tax profits of 14 million yuan. It is listed as one of the "top 100 enterprises in Taizhou City" and becomes one of the largest production bases of tarpaulin in China . For the products produced, Xiachen people are not hard to sell because there is no local market. They have already bought or rented stalls in Fujian, Guangzhou, Shaoxing and other places to sell Xiachen's products. in order to reduce links and reduce costs, Xiachen people simply run the enterprise in other places.
