Liushi Town, subordinate to Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, is located on the southeast coast of Yueqing Bay and the North Bank of Oujiang Estuary. It is adjacent to the downtown area of Yueqing City in the north and faces Wenzhou City across the river in the south. It is the south wing sub center of "one heart, two wings" of Yueqing City. With an area of 92 square kilometers, the town governs 10 new urban and rural communities and 158 administrative villages, with a population of 280572 (2017).

History of construction
In the second year of the first Yuan Dynasty (85 BC), Emperor Zhao of the Western Han Dynasty belonged to Huipu county.
In the third year of Jianyuan reign of Emperor Wu of the Western Han Dynasty (138 BC), it belonged to Fujian and Vietnam.
In the third year of Huidi in the Western Han Dynasty (192 BC), Liushi town belongs to the eastern Ou kingdom.
In the first year of Zhangdi Zhanghe in the Eastern Han Dynasty (87), it belonged to zhangan county.
In the second year of Ningkang (374), Emperor Xiaowu of the Eastern Jin Dynasty, it belongs to Lecheng county.

The town area can be divided into three zones: North, northwest and northeast mountainous areas, which are eroded and denuded mountains and hills of the middle Yandang Mountain, and also a branch of the North Yandang Mountain extending southwest. The second highest peak of Liushi town is at the top of the mountain, 357 meters above sea level. Xiangshan extends into China from the East, with an altitude of 234.7 meters.
