Huling town
Huling town is located in the northwest of Rui'an City, adjacent to Taoshan town in the East, Qingtian and Wencheng counties in the west, Gaolou town in the South and Ouhai District in the north. It is the central town of Rui'an's "one main, two axes and four areas" urban system. The town covers an area of 279.9 square kilometers, with 10 new rural communities, 1 residential area and 160 administrative villages, and a total population of 130900. In the north of Huling Town, the Hufang highway leads to Ouhai via Fangzhuang township. In the East, the planned quhu highway leads to Ouhai via Linxi township. Rui'an Fengling highway passes through the town in east-west direction. Thirty two streams and thirty-three streams merge into thirty-four streams and then flow into Jinchao port.
Regional overview
Most of the territory is hilly and mountainous, and the central part is valley plain. There are abundant ecological agricultural resources and natural environment resources, and there is no industrial pollution. The air quality of the whole year reaches the national second level standard. Rice, wheat and tomato are the main agricultural products. Beef cattle, local chicken and pigeon are the main livestock breeds. Red Bayberry and horseshoe shoots are the main economic forest breeds. The industry has four major products: handicrafts, clothing, toilet paper and beef baked slices. The tertiary industry is mainly catering services, commerce and transportation.
administrative division
In 2011, Fangzhuang Township, Yong'an Township, Guifeng Township, Lumu Township, Chaoji Township, Linxi Township and Jinchuan Township were abolished and merged into Huling town. After the adjustment, Huling town has jurisdiction over three residential areas and 160 administrative villages. The town government is located in Datong village. Yuanhuling town
It is located in the Northwest Mountainous Area of Ruian City, 34 kilometers away from the urban area. Former Yongan Township
It covers an area of 59.6 square kilometers and has a population of 15700 (at the end of 2008). It has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages including shangbutan, Liuke, Chengao, nan'aolong, caodai, Wulong, Yilong, fengshantou, baishuilong, xiashilong, jiangshanlu, Yongsheng, Chengdian, Zhigen, nankenglu, Junlu, zhaixi and Zhulong. The township government is located in shangbutan village, 40 kilometers away from the urban area. [evolution] Yongan Township was established in 1949. In 1958, it was called Yong'an township management area. It was called commune in 1958 and changed to township in 1984. In 1997, it covers an area of 41.8 square kilometers and has a population of 14000. It governs 18 administrative villages including Junlu, jiangshanlu, Nankeng Lu, baishuiji, Zhigan, Yilong, Chengdian, shangbutan, Yongsheng, fengshantou, zhaixi, Wulong, Chengao, Zhulong, xiaxianglong, Liuke, nanaolong and caodai. The township government is located in shangbutan village.
Guifeng Village
It is located in the Northwest Mountainous Area of Ruian City. It is adjacent to Yong'an Township in the East, Fengling Township in the south, Wencheng County in the West and Qingtian County in the north. It covers an area of 39 square kilometers and has a population of 5000 (at the end of 2008). Jurisdiction Yuandi, Fenglong, aohou, heshanglong, huanglin, wayaotou, Shangliao 7 administrative villages. Township government in Yuandi village. Yuanlumu Township
Located in the western mountainous area of Ruian City, upstream of jinchaogang, a tributary of Feiyun River. It is bounded by Taoshan town in the East, Meiyu Township in the south, Huling town in the West and Chaoji Township in the north. It covers an area of 18.8 square kilometers and has a population of 3066 households and 13508 people (2008). It has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages, namely Pengbu, huacaogang, he'ao, Gangyao, Aodi, xialin'ao, chengshanping, zhongxinlong, SongWan, Qianda, qianxiao and Qingshan. The township government is located in Pengbu village, 28 kilometers away from Ruian City. Yantou Huling highway passes through the area.
