Yongzhong Street
Yongzhong street is located on the South Bank of the downstream of Oujiang River in the east of Wenzhou City. It is the seat of Longwan District government. It is close to Wenzhou Longwan International Airport and Longwan wanton wharf. Airport Avenue, Yongqiang Avenue, Ouhai Avenue and Wenzhou Avenue run through the whole area. With an area of 46.637 square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over 5 communities (Zhenzhong community, Luodong Jinyuan community, Wanshun community, Yongchang community, Longshui community), 34 administrative villages and a population of 128374 (2010). Yongzhong has a long history and a prosperous culture. There are Tianzhu temple built in Jin Dynasty, Yongchang castle in Ming Dynasty, zhangcong ancestral temple and other places of interest in Yongzhong. Among them, yongchangbao is listed as a national cultural relic protection unit by the State Council. In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization and transformation and upgrading, the proportion of three industries has been increasing. Yongzhong street is gradually becoming the political, economic, information, cultural and logistics center in the east of Wenzhou City.

Ancestral hall of Zhang Cong
It is commonly known as Zhangge ancestral hall. It is located at 53 Taishi Road, Yongzhong street. According to Zhang Ming's wenzhilu of the Zhang family in Pumen in the reign of Daoguang of the Qing Dynasty, the ancestral hall of Zhang Cong was built in the early Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, originally in the east of Pumen hall. Zhang Cong's ancestors, Gao, Zeng, Zu and father were worshipped, and later Zhang Cong enjoyed them. In 1558, the ancestral hall of Zhang Cong was destroyed by Japanese invaders. During the Wanli period, it was relocated to the East Bank of Canghu lake, which means that the current site was rebuilt. Over the past 300 years, it has been repaired several times.
The ancestral hall of Zhang Cong faces south, with five bays and two entrances, and seven left and right wing rooms. It is a civil structure. The platform and corridor in the patio are paved with long stones. It covers an area of 4000 square meters, with a construction area of 1665 square meters. There are Zhaowang, stone archway and stele in front of the gate. There are eight characters on the stone archway before and after "duiyang Xiuming" and "three dynasties Chongxi". There is a statue of Zhang Cong in front of the stele and a statue of Wenzhong in the back. The full text is as follows: "the nature of filial piety and friendship, bearing Lang Huo; rich and numerous books, Qiwei and special; Jianming etiquette, complete Saint filial piety; rigid and stubborn, generous service; Yang Xiuming, three dynasties favor tin; Zhongxing Xian Xiang, one grade and four leaves; upright and selfless, a suitcase of clothes; playing favoritism to the country's pure officials, zhengu people outstanding." There are plaques on the central hall, such as "great scholar", "Zhongxing Xianxiang", "father and son", "Longguang Shimei", "Huangge Yuanfu", "Qinggong Taishi", "four generations of first grade", "eleven generations of doctors", etc. In 2011, it was listed as the Sixth Batch of cultural relics protection units in Zhejiang Province.
In general history of China, Vol. 8, P. 261, Zhang Cong was evaluated as "incorruptible, erudite, discerning, and innovative. He was a rare prime minister in the Jiajing Dynasty and a rare courtier in the Ming Dynasty."
Yongchangbao
The origin of Yongchang fort can be traced back to the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty. At that time, Japanese pirates were rampant along the coast. Yongjia site was located on the coast of Wenzhou, and villagers were burned and looted. Brothers Wang Shuguo and Wang Shugao in Yingqiao, Erdu, proposed to raise funds to build a fort for self-defense. Jiajing 37 years (AD 1558) winter construction, with stones oblique wall inside and outside the wall, the middle rammed earth, the city base about 3.9 meters, more than 4 meters high. It took one year to complete. After the completion of Yongchang fort, it played an important role in fighting against the invasion of Japanese pirates and protecting the safety of local people.
Yongchang castle is rectangular, 778 meters long from north to south, 445 meters wide from east to west, 8 meters high wall, 3.9 meters wide base, 2688 meters long perimeter, there are 13 enemy platforms. It is built with stones and rammed with earth. The city is surrounded by a moat. There are two canals in the city. The residents live on both sides of the canal, which is quite well. The wall is partially broken. In 1982, the battlements and towers on both sides of the north and South gates were restored.
Yongchang castle has many ancient dwellings, ancestral halls, and many ancient bridges, such as dutangdi, Zhuangyuan mansion, shengzhimen lane, Shifu temple, buzhengsi temple, qingshimentai, huayuangujing, dongqiaodi 40, Yushi Lane 12, DAPAI ancestral hall, louxiapai ancestral hall, zhuangyuanli 6, etc. In 2011, it was listed as a national key cultural relics protection unit.

With the rapid development of urban construction, a new urban area of about 6 square kilometers with Longwan District government as the center has been built. The urban road network framework with Yongning road and Longhai Road as the main axis has been built, and the supporting facilities system of communication, power supply, water supply and sewage discharge has been formed. A number of landmark buildings, such as Wanda Square, district library, Wenzhou Olympic Sports Center, Longxiang Lake Park and bank building, have been built.

Yongzhong street, with developed economy, is one of the top 30 towns (streets) with comprehensive strength in Wenzhou City. It has 1022 enterprises of various types, 88 Enterprises above Designated Size, 39 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 50 million yuan and 20 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 100 million yuan, including listed enterprises such as Qingshan holding group.
In 2013, the total output value was 12.079 billion yuan, the total investment in fixed assets was 2.73 billion yuan, the fiscal revenue was 544.5 million yuan, and the total export value was 200 million US dollars.
