Famous specialty
Anting Yunwu Tea
The top grade of Fuyang tea is Anting Yunwu Tea. During the period of the Republic of China, Hangzhou tea merchants Fang Zhengda, Wu Hengyou, Weng Longsheng, Shanghai Shuanglong company, etc. all acquired tea in Anting. In May 1986, it won the title of first-class high-quality famous tea in Zhejiang Province and changed its name to Yanding Minghao. Anting mountain is located at the junction with Xiaoshan in Lishan Town, with an area of nearly 1000 hectares. The main peak is more than 900 meters above sea level. The peak is surrounded by clouds and fog all the year round. The mountain is high and windy, and the temperature is low. The frost free period of the whole year is only about 120 days. "There is no June in Anting mountain," the local said Anting Yunwu Tea grows in the clouds on the top of the mountain. Because there is no pesticide pollution, the soil is moist, the pH is moderate, and the climate is suitable, it constitutes a special environment for producing famous tea.
Anting tea has been bathed in mist and dew for many years. The green tea made of Anting tea has a slight orchid fragrance. Brewed with boiling water, the color is green and white, and the taste is mellow. Brewing for many times, color and taste unchanged, mellow and delicious, refreshing. Each leaf has about 18 tendons, three or five more than ordinary tea. Also because of the clouds, low temperature, long leaves and solid texture, during the frying process, some leaf buds are easy to turn yellow, which is called "jinjinpian". Some people used to take "jinzipian" as the trademark of Anding Yunwu Tea. The method of half roasting and half frying is adopted. Firstly, the sundries are picked out from the tea buds, the water vapor is dried, and then the tea is put into the pot to kill the green at high temperature. This kind of tea juice is too much. After being green, it is as soft as glutinous rice. Out of the pot stand air, that is, hand gently in the warm fire mouth rub, dry to half dry, and then into the pot fried. With the development of the production of Yunwu Tea, the stir frying technology has been constantly improved and improved, showing the characteristics of this traditional famous product in color, aroma, shape and taste.

It is designed according to the standard of 10-year flood. The structure of the project is block stone pouring concrete foundation, dry block stone slope protection, and concrete wave wall is set on the top of the slope. Reconstruction project of Lishan section of Chunyong highway
Chunyong highway starts from Chunjiang in Fuyang in the West and ends at Yongxing in Xiaoshan in the East, with a total length of 17.8km. After reconstruction, the subgrade is 12m wide and the pavement is 9m wide, with an estimated total investment of 30.5 million yuan. Lishan highway is an important part of Chunyong highway reconstruction project. The original road surface is narrow, and there is no dam protection on the side of Lishan Yushan section near the river. Due to the impact of the flood in July 1997, some roads collapsed. From Lishan to Lingqiao, there are many stone plants and many potholes and curves on the road, which are not conducive to the traffic of vehicles and seriously hinder the economic development of the town and its adjacent areas. Therefore, under the organization and coordination of Fuyang municipal Party committee, Fuyang Municipal People's government and relevant departments, the headquarters of Lishan section reconstruction project of Chunyong highway was established in early October, and officially started on October 26. The project needs to demolish 3500 square meters of houses, and the amount of compensation is about 600000 yuan, which is normal in 1999.
